Designed for exceptional performance, this centrifugal disc finishing machine delivers process speeds up to 10 times faster than a standard vibratory bowl. It’s the go-to choice for high-volume, robust component finishing, perfect for applications such as coin blanks, disc springs, and other parts that demand rapid, repeatable results or unique finishes not achievable in a conventional vibratory system.

Why the Turbo 60 Stands Apart

Centrifugal disc finishing has existed since the 1960s (a British invention), but early designs were notorious for downtime, expensive repairs, and maintenance headaches — all due to the extreme forces generated by the centrifugal vortex and aggressive cascading/tumbling action.

Erba has perfected this technology with a patented four-piece spinner and wear ring system. Instead of replacing the entire spinner and ring assembly, you simply change the two inner wear rings — a process taking around an hour — cutting downtime and costs dramatically. Much like replacing brake pads rather than the whole braking system, it’s fast, efficient, and economical.

This patented design is unique to Erba and exclusive to PDJ Vibro in the UK.
