We consider our clients production requirements to be our primary concern!

One of the greatest selling points of vibratory, barrel and centrifugal finishing equipment is the simplicity of design and the overall low running costs.

With motor bearings that are sealed for life, highly durable linings and robust fabrications most machines are largely maintenance free.

However when something does go wrong it is usually something significant, which means cost of repair and loss of production through downtime.

Having refurbished and repaired over 1500 mass finishing machines we can offer various solutions to get production running quickly and cost effectively.

In many instances, we can offer service exchange equipment, subcontract service or simply fast reliable repairs.

One recent client who has had many years trouble free vibratory finishing he had developed a motor fault. After quickly detecting the fault a replacement motor was fitted and production was back running in under 6 working hours. Not bad for a 1972 built rumbler!

Part Exchange

If you have old or redundant Vibratory bowls / troughs, Centrifugal or Barrel Finishing equipment you can now part exchange towards brand new equipment. No matter if the equipment is too small, is missing unload, too noisy or is past repair it will have a value.

We are now actively seeking all models of vibratory, barrel and centrifugal finishing machines to replenish our refurbished and spares departments.
