Description: We’re offering this VIB-90 vibratory bowl – a compact 90-litre circular finishing machine, ideal for deburring, polishing, and superfinishing of components. The standout feature of this unit is the pneumatic unload system. At the end of the process, the door opens automatically, fully evacuating the contents of the chamber across a separation screen. This makes it perfect for applications where 100% part clearance is essential - for example, if you’re processing left and right-handed parts that must remain separate or are difficult to distinguish visually. This VIB-90 can also be paired with a Vibe Deck, and the separation screens are easily interchangeable. We hold a wide stock to ensure compatibility with your specific requirements.

The machine is available with optional features such as: Acoustic cover (modular – not required for operation), variable speed control and process timers, water flow and chemical management system.
