Mass Finishing

Environmental issues are becoming increasingly important for vibratory, barrel and centrifugal finishing.

We have in development a new low cost system to filter solids and water bourne trace elements from vibro, barrel and centrifugal effluent.

The reason for this new system is that traditional thinking has offered either overband filters or centrifugal waste systems which are:

1. Often more expensive to purchase that the finishing equipment it serves.
2. Given that they have moving parts spares are expensive.
3. Fabrications tend to be manufactured from mild steel which corrode.
4. The systems are messy, involve operator intervention and prone to breakdown.
5. Water bourne particles are not removed.

The new systems can remove particles to 1 micron, process up to 400 litres per minute and start from £2675 + VAT.
